Shipping
Currently, we are shipping only to destinations within the United States (additional shipping charges may apply for non-contiguous states). All packages are shipped via FedEx Ground, direct from each manufacturer. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items in the shopping cart and the destination for the shipment.
Returns
We accept returns of products that are not damaged, worn, or obviously a-little-less-than-looking-new within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless the item was indicated as a "Final Sale" item at time of purchase. Any media items - DVDs and CDs - must be unopened, in their original packaging. The full amount of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling, will be refunded for these items.
Of course, if we made an error in shipping - who doesn't make a mistake now and then? - we'll gladly send out a replacement item, pronto, at our expense.
